The Rawlings ST5 Composite will be the official football of Upper Valley Grid Kid.
Both teams will use the same game ball which will be provided by the league.
5th grade uses the Junior size and 6th, 7th & 8th use the Youth size.

Your Role as a Coach Regarding Concussions

There are two links in the drop down above. One is the information provided by the Idaho High School Activities Association and the second is the training and certification provided by The National Federation of State High School Associations.
